I led a team of 9 copywriters during my time as an associate creative director at Nordstrom.
We wrote about every fashion trend you can imagine, covering hundreds of brands.
Every month, we created around 200 pieces of content: style guides, blog posts, emails, ad campaigns and product launches.

Anyway, my years at Nordstrom taught me how to effectively collaborate with maaaany cooks in the kitchen.
Pro tip: Pick your battles. Don’t die on most hills. But when it comes to em-dashes, defend them to the death.
